10th October 2011 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: WSW Wind Stength: 25-35 knots Surf / Sea State: Messy Air Temperature: 15ºC Sea Temperature: 15ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: 25 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 10 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) A nice session, well powered on my little wave board with a 5m sail. Tom and Sam were out and DUnk joined us with his kite later. Nicely powered and good to be sailing with others, especially seeing as Sam is pretty good which helps spur me on to try stuff. Normally, when I'm out on my own I tend to play it safe. The water was pretty lumpy though so the conditions were quite tough further out. Still pretty warm though and I'm still in my summer suit. |
